All orders will be sent via UPS within one business day of receiving your order.
Shipping will incur a $9.90 flat fee and an order confirmation will immediately be sent following your purchase. You will then also receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.

LevelPod™️offers returns for online or in store purchases, subject to conditions like being unused and in saleable condition.
Please contact us to facilitate your return. The pod should be unused and returned in its original condition within 30 days by mail.
